Orange Blossom Amber is a classic American Lager style of beer, only made with fresh orange peels. It has a orange and citrus aroma with the flavor of orange peels and citrus hops.

This lager was invented late at night by Rick Lovett who was brewing a test batch of beer and had eaten several oranges. He threw the peels into the boil; the result is now a classic festival favorite at Brews in the Village, Mammoth’s Blue’s Festival, Beer’s on the Roof, Santa Anita Microbrew Festivals, and even the Great American Beer Festival has been graced with Orange Blossom Amber.
