Shipping Times - All shipments are sent by a network of ground carriers. Below is a link to the approximate shipping times. These are the approximate times you should expect from the day you placed your order until it should arrive at its destination.

Special Shipping Instructions - If you have some special shipping instructions, simply describe them in the box provided on Shopping Cart page, and we will do everything we can to make it happen.

Our Return Policy - Because of the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or give refunds. If you have a special circumstance that you would like us to know about, or are not satisfied with our service, please Send Us an E-mail or give us a call and we will make it right! That's a promise!

Returned Packages - Occasionally packages are returned to us for various reasons. If a package is returned to us at no fault of our own, we will have to charge a reshipping fee to re-send the package to its intended recipient.

A Few Examples:

• Three delivery attempts were made without success, and no one responded to the carrier's delivery notices.
• We were given an incorrect address, or the recipient moved and we were not notified.
• The package was refused.
